Tyddyn Bach ~ Tariff & Booking Information

Tyddyn Bach is fully carpeted and equipped with china, cooking utensils, pillows and duvets and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Heating and hot water is provided by a gas boiler which is inspected annually by a Corgi Registered gas fitter and a safety certificate issued. A smoke alarm is installed and also fire extinguishers in the Kitchen (plus fire blanket), Lounge and Utility Room, which are inspected annually and a certificate issued.

Bookings are 4 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday and £100 deposit is required on booking and the outstanding amount 2 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will be returnable, less expenses, if the house is relet. The tenancy confers upon the tenant the right to occupy the house for a holiday within the meaning of the Rent Act 1977.

Rents include all gas, electricity, bedlinen and teatowels.
